Our turnkey, minimalist house plans are available “as-is” or can be customized as desired through architectural services provided on an hourly basis.

Included with each set of plans is a materials package that specifies project exterior material options [masonry, siding, roofing, pavers, windows, doors, etc] ranging from high end to moderately priced. Working with your contractor, this package allows you pricing flexibility to meet your project goals.
